Transformation and Integration

We are built to be in relationship — to be interconnected — and we are built to heal.

The therapeutic relationship can provide a path to wholeness, wellness, and oneness.

I strive to support movement toward empowered living and access to one’s inherent goodness.

To live authentically, one is often called to practice radical self-acceptance, cultivating compassion for/with Self and others.

Dissolving barriers, accessing individual agency and cultivating connections with others, step by step we collaborate, client and therapist, and plan the path to integration and manifestation.

The therapeutic alliance is a collaboration centered around:

  • accessing and cultivating strengths and resources

  • uncovering and discovering blocks and challenges

  • investigating patterns, stories, perspectives and habits of thought and related behaviors

  • engaging with imaginal ways of knowing as a means to access inner wisdom and authenticity

As the journey unfolds, we continue to collaborate to define next steps and a way forward.

Stress, depression, anxiety, discontentment, confusion and frustration, all aspects of disconnection from our vital inner knowing and from others, are facets of being human that can be addressed and explored.

Trauma informed awareness and insight is key to the healing journey.

Accessing our body's wisdom, our imagination, our felt sense, our intuition — all are essential on the path to integration and transformation.

You are not a drop in the ocean,
You are the entire ocean in a drop.
